ORDERING:
How long will my order take to arrive?
We send orders on the same or next working day by first class post or airmail. Within the U.K., this typically means 1-2 days. Overseas, it depends on your postal service.
Can I order off-line?
Yes. Besides online, you can also order by letter, by telephone, and by text message (address and numbers here).
Can I visit your offices and buy in person?
No.
Can I order titles not in your webstore / list?
It depents on a variety of factors. Many titles we will be able to source for you, others not. Please email us to enquire: mail@supernalmusic.com.

I live abroad and I don't have a credit card. Do you accept bank transfers as a method of payment?
Yes (ask for details). However, bear in mind that in the United Kingdom most people use debit and credit cards. International bank transfers are expensive for transactions of small value: your bank will charge you a fee to make the transfer, and then our bank will charge you £6 on top of that to accept said transfer. Obviously, if you are only buying one CD for £5 it makes little sense to pay for it by international bank transfer.
I tried to order via your webstore, but did not find a PayPal option. Do you accept PayPal?
To pay by PayPal please send the funds to our PayPal account, which is mail@supernalmusic.com, directly from the PayPal site.
Do you accept cash payments?
You can send us cash hidden in a registered envelope, yes. We accept Sterling and Euros.
SHIPPING:
What are your postage and packing costs ?
For orders sent by first class post (default option) within the U.K.,
postage is free.
For orders with European destinations, postage is £1.50 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item.
For orders with destinations in the rest of the world, postage is £2.25 for the first item, and £1.50 for each additional item.
Recorded delivery (U.K. only, signature required, maximum compensation £27) is £0.75.
Special Delivery (U.K. only, signature required, maximum compensation £500) is £5-20 depending on weight. See Royal Mail rates here.
Overseas insurance costs £4.50.
Are there countries to which you do not ship?
We ship worldwide. However, due to past fraud, we will not accept credit card orders from the following countries: Bolivia, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, and Venezuela. We will accept orders from these countries on the following conditions: cash or PayPal payment, and shipping by International Signed for (registered) post.
