RECLUSION’s sound blends traditional and modern thrash roots, there’s a great dose of Bay Area chunk (TESTAMENT, EXODUS, early SLAYER..) and also some spicy updated rhythms (say MESHUGGAH) rendering the whole musical concept more appealing, darker and threatening. Although not putting melody aside, RECLUSION’s music stands for heaviness and catchiness.It sounds as if the ‘shell of pain’ material was deliberately written for live shows with its straightforward approach, guitar hooks, impressive drum work and catchy choruses- Listenable Records
